About

Hello and welcome!

My name’s Cameron D Hamilton, I’m an amateur writer from Scotland. I’ve got a wandering imagination from whimsical fictions to introspective poetry and I’m quite the fan of a rhyming couplet, as is easily seen in the poetry I post here.

The point of this blog is a home for the nonsense that spills from my head, the direction however is a little unclear.  As is with the rest of my life, the content will jump wildly from dark to light and back again, but it’s my great hope that with each piece there’s something to be
I’ve been removing my own Social Media presence, however I’m hoping time spent here will renew my interest and give me a reason to use it properly now I’ve joined the right sort of community.  I plan to spend most of my time here trying to entertain myself and anyone so gracious that wants to stop by.

Podcast listener, Baseball fan, TV junkie and Comic Book geek.  I also like long walks so I’m not always an indoor cat.

If you enjoy rambling nonsense and bitter-sweet romantics then stick around, you might find something you like!

  2. I have already read many of your posts and commented on a few of them. I find your blog very interesting, honest, unpretentious – qualities that rare in blogging these days.

    1. Thank you so much for the comments.
I really try to make this blog something relatable, even if it is mostly and emotional journal.
I’m glad you’ve enjoyed the poetry here, I certainly hope to keep going and take my writing further
